What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

• Customers can exchange their orders within 15 days and return their order within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
• In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at customer@thetailorstudio and we will get back to you.
• Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range.
• Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
• We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

I have received a damaged item

In case of any damaged items delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us at customer@thetailorstudio Please share images of the product along with shipping label in your email & mention order.

When will I get my refund

After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed with 7-10 working days.

What is refund source?

Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

I like other designs more & want an exchange

We offer a one-time free replacement policy for orders above ₹ 1000 (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer) In case of initiating the same, please write to us customer@thetailorstudio within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

When will I receive my replacement

The item should be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in its original packing. We will process the exchange & initiate shipping within 7 days of receiving the originally sold item.

DELIVERY

Delivery time provided is a guideline only, and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 3-5 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

All orders should take about 7 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges are always free.
Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices include all taxes and duties applicable for deliveries anywhere in India.
